We understand the importance of treating elders as the whole person by assessing the psychological, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of aging in order to determine the best approach to create a personalized care plan and enhance the person’s life. Many times they are unique family dynamics that we must work through in order for everyone to be on the same page and focus on the wellbeing of the client, always keeping in mind that each situation is unique and requires a personalized approach.
There is nothing more important than your and your family’s health and safety. That is our priority, too. We’re safely seeing clients, both in person and through virtual visits.
Video and phone visits can be great options for appointments before, after, or in place of face-to-face visits. We can coordinate a virtual or in-person visit, whichever best fits your individual needs.
